INFONXX Unveils New Call Center in Manila, Philippines.

INFONXX, a leading global provider of enhanced directory assistance services, officially opened a new call center in Manila on May 29.
The new center is located in the RCBC Plaza Tower II, Makati City. Company officials and local dignitaries attended a ceremony marking the grand opening.
The new call center, developed in adherence to the company's stringent quality requirements, augments existing centers in the USA that provide services to INFONXX's broad set of customers. Callers seeking telephone numbers and a range of enhanced information services will be assisted by the center's highly trained customer service representatives.
The center already employs over 300 people and is expected to grow to as many as 1,000 CSRs and administrative staff. Calls have been processed at the new center since March of this year and have exceeded the company's strict quality standards.
In addition to directory assistance, callers served by the Manila center may choose such enhanced services as movie listings, stock quotes, sports scores, weather updates, restaurant recommendations and directions in the caller's local area.
