Currently AccuBanc uses LoanSoft's WORKS 3.0 as its front-end software but is planning to convert to 4.0 later this year. SMR developed a custom interface for WORKS 3.0 in order to create an immediate business solution and is already prepared for the conversion to 4.0. Additionally, SMR has the company linked to its InfoLynk system, which allows employees of AccuBanc to converse with SMR's customer service agents online. "They are truly back to basics where customer service is concerned; you can call anyone in the company and talk to anyone you feel you need to talk to regarding any of the issues and they'll find a solution for you," said Strong. "That is really critical in our industry; when you have customers sitting in front of you and an issue comes up when you are trying to pull a credit report, you know you can get an immediate response."
