INFINISWITCH LICENSES VIEO SOFTWARE FOR INFINIBAND SWITCHING SOLUTIONS.


InfiniSwitch Corporation and VIEO, Inc. has announced that InfiniSwitch has licensed VIEO's InfiniBand fabric-enabling software to provide fabric management capabilities for the InfiniSwitch family of enterprise-class switching products. As one of InfiniSwitch's partners of choice, VIEO's commercial-grade fabric enabling products, including VIEO Fabric Manager and VIEO FabricView, can be integrated into InfiniSwitch's next-generation, high performance Leaf and Director-class switches A fault-tolerant Fibre Channel switch that typically has a high port count and may serve as a central switch to other fabrics.
