Bargold Resources Ltd. (CDNX:BGA), pending its name change to INDUSMIN ENERGY CORPORATION, is pleased to announce the appointment of its advisory board.

These appointments bring valuable knowledge and industry experience to the company.

Catherine Zammito, Oil & Gas -- Finance

Catherine Zammito has over 19 years of financial experience in the Energy and Oil/Gas sectors. In addition to her financial experience, Catherine brings with her a wealth/network of industry contacts. Her accomplishments are numerous including interim CFO for publicly traded Enron Global Power and Pipeline (NYSE:ENE). Over half of her 19 years experience were spent with Enron Corp., most recently as Vice President of Finance for the Asset Management Group of Enron International, where her responsibilities included accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, internal audits, foreign exchange exposure, and acquisition/divestiture analysis for Enron's international operations (with investment of $4.3 billion and net revenues of $500 million). With lines of business including regulated natural gas pipelines, power plants, and LPG distribution in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, China, Columbia, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, India, Italy, Jamaica, Philippines, Poland, Puerto Rico, Turkey and Venezuela, Catherine has managed staff levels in excess of 150 in over twenty overseas locations. As Senior Director of Finance (Enron Americas) Catherine was instrumental in developing strategies, which included corporate restructurings and IPO's to minimize tax exposure and improve company earnings. As Director of International Accounting (Enron Liquid Fuels), Catherine's accounting responsibilities included international LPG marketing and shipping operations in Europe and the Far East. For the 10 years prior to working with Enron, Catherine worked with Allied Signal Corp/Union Texas Petroleum Houston, Texas. Catherine held a number of key positions from International Treasury Analyst to Manager of International Accounting where she supervised dual currency accounting for exploration and production operations in Argentina, Britain, France, and Spain, with revenues of $350 million.

Tony Ciali, Mining -- Finance

Tony Ciali has over 28 years experience as a senior executive with international management and financial experience within multinational public

companies. From 1991-1997 he held the position of President and CEO of Monarch Resources Limited, a TSE listed company with mining and exploration activities in Venezuela and Mexico. Under his tenure, Monarch raised $24 million as part of its TSE listing and $35 million in a rights issue on the London Stock Exchange and successfully developed an underground gold mine in Venezuela. From 1976-1990 he held various senior positions with the Consolidated Gold Fields Group, including Vice President Finance & Administration with Gold Fields Mining Corporation. He played a key role in the overall management of the company's domestic and international activities, including the development of three successful gold mines and a $20 million annual exploration budget. From 1972-1976 he held the position of Senior Auditor with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Ciali's educational background includes:

C. Alan Peyton, Oil & Gas -- Tech

C. Alan Peyton comes to INDUSMIN ENERGY as a senior geophysicist with over 38 years experience in the oil and gas industry working with such companies as Hunt International Petroleum, Fletcher Challenge (Philippines), Asmera Oil Limited, P.T. Radiant Utama and Marathon Petroleum. While with Marathon based in Singapore, was resident geophysicist for New Ventures. From 1971 to 1982 Alan worked with Phillips Petroleum as a senior and chief geophysicist as well as an exploration manager, based in Libya, the U.K., Egypt, Indonesia, Philippines and the U.S.A. In addition to his responsibilities as a senior geophysicist with Phillips Petroleum, Alan was also responsible for the preparation and presentation of annual budgets, manpower budgets, quarterly reviews, technical committee meetings and on certain occasions asked to represent Phillips during meetings with government officials. Currently, Alan is with Interactive Exploration Services out of Texas where he is both owner and explorationist.
