IN HOME HEALTH ESTABLISHES HOSPICE SERVICES IN CINCINNATI

MINNETONKA, Minn., Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- In Home Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: IHHI) has been granted a license to offer Hospice Services at its Home Health Plus Branch in Cincinnati as of Oct. 25, 1993, according to Judy M. Figge, president and chief executive officer.
"Hospice is a concept of care focusing on helping the terminally ill through the dying process with dignity and comfort. It allows people to obtain physical, emotional, mental and spiritual fulfillment in living each day as fully as possible," Figge said. "Recognizing that dying is a normal process, it is dedicated to providing support and care for clients and their families in the final stages of life."
Mary Bullock, RN, will be the Hospice coordinator at In Home Health's Cincinnati branch.
"Cincinnati is the sixth market in which In Home Health now offers Hospice services," Figge said. "Hospice complements the company's existing services including: pharmacy, nursing, rehabilitation and home health aide services, because many Hospice clients utilize one or more of these services."
In Home Health currently offers Hospice services in its Chicago, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Phoenix, St. Louis and Kansas City markets.
In Home Health provides quality comprehensive health care services to clients of all ages in their own homes through a network of 38 offices in 16 of the nation's top 50 markets including: Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Norfolk, Pittsburgh, Phoenix, Raleigh/Durham, St. Louis, San Francisco and Seattle.
