Under terms of the deal, Zebra will acquire 100 percent of outstanding Eltron shares. Eltron closed down $1 at $29.75. - Daily News PUBLIC OFFERING: Sun Valley-based aircraft repair firm Hawker Pacific Aerospace said it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a $50 million public offering to be underwritten by Everen Securities and ING Baring Furman Selz LLC. The company overhauls airplane and helicopter equipment for airlines, leasing companies, governments and parts distributors. Hawker Pacific shares closed down 31.25 cents at $9.125. - Daily News BEST MOVE: Chatsworth-based Best Data Products Inc. is planning a fall move into a 28,350-square-foot facility that is 50 percent larger that its current Nordoff Street location.
