LOCAL HONORS: Two San Fernando Valley companies - Woodland Hills-based credit-card processor Superior BankCard Service and Reseda's Weber's Place Restaurant - received Blue Chip Enterprise Awards on Wednesday for their success in overcoming challenges. The program, organized by the MassMutual insurance firm, cited Superior for dedication to personalized customer service and Weber's for coming back from the Northridge Earthquake and employee empowerment efforts.
