FOUR MEDIA SUED: Unitel Video Inc., a video production company, filed a $27 million lawsuit lawsuit: see procedure; tort.  against Burbank-based rival Four Media Co. for allegedly violating an agreement by recruiting former Unitel employees who worked on Paramount Pictures' ``Star Trek'' television series. Four Media agreed it wouldn't hire any Unitel employees for a year after it signed a confidentiality agreement last fall, the suit said. Yet, Unitel said it lost work to provide such services as editing and color correction Altering the colors in an image in order to print or display it properly or for special effects. Depending on the application, color correction can be a significant problem if the resulting image must be approved or a purchase is made because of color choice.  for Viacom Inc.'s ``Star Trek Editing of this page by unregistered or newly registered users is currently disabled due to vandalism. : Voyager'' and ``Star Trek: Deep Space Nine'' series because Four Media hired six former Unitel employees who worked on the two TV series. SIERRA SUES SENIOR: Commercial real estate developer Sierra Development Group is suing Chatsworth-based Senior Systems Technology Inc., accusing the company of not paying for Sierra's help in developing a Palmdale plant and lining up a multimillion-dollar city subsidy subsidy, financial assistance granted by a government or philanthropic foundation to a person or association for the purpose of promoting an enterprise considered beneficial to the public welfare. .
