NEWHALL RECORD: The Newhall Land and Farming Company The Newhall Land and Farming Company is a land management company based in Valencia, California, United States. The company is responsible for the master community planning of Valencia, as well as the management of farm land elsewhere in the state.  , a Santa Clarita-based developer, announced the sale Thursday of its 36,000-acre Suey Ranch property along the Santa Barbara/San Luis Obispo counties line for $25 million. The transaction will add about $22 million, or 70 cents per partnership unit, to the company's 1999 earnings. The company said it expects to declare record earnings of $85 million to $90 million for 1999. Including the Suey Ranch transaction, the company's per-unit earnings are expected to be in the range of $2.70 to $2.85 a unit, said Chief Executive Officer Thomas Lee Thomas Lee may refer to:
