 Co. to stay an order barring the company from using a stoplight logo for its Web portal See portal. , the Go Network. U.S. District Court Chief Judge Terry J. Hatter Jr., who issued an injunction last week in a trademark infringement case filed by search engine GoTo.com, gave Disney 60 days to phase out printed, film, videotape and other materials with the Go Network logo. He also ordered the company to immediately remove the logo from all Internet sites and broadcast television networks it controls.

PROMOTION SET: Rick Finkelstein has been elevated to the position of president of Universal Pictures. He previously served as senior vice president, corporate development and strategic planning for Universal Studios. He will report to studio chairman Stacey Snider, who was recently named to the post after sharing duties with another executive.

LITTON CONTRACT:Woodland Hills-based Litton Industries has received a five-year contract from the General Services Administration The General Services Administration (GSA) was established by section 101 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C.A. § 751). The GSA sets policy for and manages government property and records.  to provide professional engineering services to U.S. government agencies. The contract, with an option for another five years, could be worth as much as $100 million.
