 Treasury securities rose in Monday's auction to the highest level in eight months. The Treasury Department sold $7.5 billion in three-month bills at a discount rate of 4.570 percent, up from 4.480 percent last week. An additional $7.5 billion was sold in six-month bills at a rate of 4.630 percent, up from 4.510 percent. The three-month rate was the highest since Sept. 21, when the bills sold for 4.635 percent. The six-month rate was the highest since Sept. 14, when the rate was 4.755.

PURCHASE POWER: Yarc Systems, a Camarillo-based graphics software developer, is acquiring Quik Pix of Buena Park Buena Park (bwā`nə), city (1990 pop. 68,784), Orange co., S Calif.; inc. 1953. Food processing, the manufacture of aircraft, and tourism are important to the city's economy.  for $1.4 million in stock and assumption of debt. Quik Pix, a producer of digital and photographic graphics, will be a subsidiary of Yarc Systems and maintain its offices in Orange County.

MORE SALES: PerfectData Corp. will start selling its products through large home improvement centers and hardware and specialty retailers, the company announced. The Simi Valley Simi Valley (sē`mē, sĭm`ē), city (1990 pop. 100,217), Ventura co., SW Calif. in an oil, fruit, and farm region; laid out 1887, inc. 1969.  maker of computer and office maintenance products expects to start getting orders by the end of the month.

DIVIDEND ISSUED: Pacific Crest Capital Inc., the Agoura Hills-based parent of Pacific Crest Bank, announced a quarterly dividend of 6 cents per common share. The second-quarter dividend is a 20 percent increase over last quarter's 5 cents. It will be payable to shareholders of record as of June 4 and will be paid June 18.
