SITESTAR PURCHASE: Encino-based Internet holding company Sitestar Corp. recently acquired a 10-percent stake in Qliq-On Corp, a Los Angeles-based Internet marketing company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the companies said the acquisition calls for Qliq-On to act as Sitestar's outsourced marketing department. Sitestar said Qliq-Ons abilities will allow it to focus on further acquisitions.
