 Technology Inc. announced Tuesday Tuesday: see week.  that its subsidiary, Enable Fuel Cells Corporation, has finalized a joint venture agreement with Daido Metal Ltd. of Nagoya Nagoya (nä'gō`yä), city (1990 pop. 2,154,793), capital of Aichi prefecture, central Honshu, Japan, on Ise Bay. A major port, transportation hub, and industrial center, it has iron- and steelworks, textile mills, aircraft factories, , Japan. Each company holds 50 percent equity in the new venture, NeWave Fuel Cell Corporation, which will be headquartered in Nagoya. The companies have demonstrated a prototype fuel cell to be sold beginning in the second quarter of 2001.
