Ltd., Australia's largest provider of automotive finance and insurance software. Calabasas-based NetSol said Abraxas, acquired in exchange for 150,000 shares of NetSol's restricted common stock, will become part of a new company, NetSol-Abraxas. SUITS SETTLED: Interscience Computer Corp. has resolved all disputes with OCE See AOCE.  Printing Systems and its German affiliate. Agoura Hills-based Interscience said the dispute centered around its fusing agent patent and allegations the other companies committed violations of U.S. antitrust laws antitrust laws n. acts adopted by Congress to outlaw or restrict business practices considered to be monopolistic or which restrain interstate commerce. The Sherman Antitrust Act of 1890 declared illegal "every contract, combination.... , which damaged Interscience.  Media Inc., also known as Feed the Monster.com, has found a new home in Burbank for 75 creative and production employees, said Vickie Collier, executive vice president and general manager of operations, in a statement. Feed the Monster, which has corporate offices in Scottsdale, Ariz., creates Internet sites for radio stations. Collier said the company has a network of 175 radio stations in the top 25 U.S. markets. Locally, the company helped designed and manages www.kroq.com for alternative rock station KROQ-FM (106.7).
