The race track operator expects its common stock will begin trading on the NYSE on Dec. 1 as HPK HPK - Hämeenlinnan Pallokerho (Finnish ice-hockey team) HPK - Hardware Porting Kit HPK - Hardware Protocol Kit HPK - Hibernia Portal Keep (Dark Age of Camelot MMORPG) and will delist its shares from Nasdaq. ?13- Daily News DIANA SELLS SUBSIDIARY, CHANGES NAME: In a series of restructuring moves to strengthen its core business, Diana Corp., a Calabasas provider of telecommunications switching equipment, is selling its telecom distributor subsidiary, C&L Communications for $6.3 million to a group led by current management. Diana Corp. shareholders also approved a company name change Friday to Coyote Network Systems Inc. The company's core business unit, Sattel Communications, has been renamed Coyote Technologies as well. ?13- Daily News BANK DECLARES STOCK SPLIT: Los Robles Bancorp, parent of Thousand Oaks-based Los Robles Bank, declared a two-for-one stock split for shareholders of record as of Dec. 5, 1997.
