FHS FHS - Filesystem Hierarchy Standard  SHARES SOAR: Foundation Health Systems Inc. surged 49 percent this week as Superior National Insurance Group Inc. said it expects to complete its $285 million purchase of Foundation's money-losing workers compensation unit on Dec. 10. Woodland Hills-based Foundation, one of California's largest health insurers, rose $2.5625 to $10.50 on Friday. Shares of Calabasas-based Superior National rose $1.50 to $16.75.
