The program in USC's Marshall School of Business The Marshall School of Business (also known as USC Marshall School of Business) is the business school at the University of Southern California. It is the largest of USC's 17 professional schools. The current Dean is James G. Ellis.  outranked counterparts at such heavyweights as the University of Pennsylvania (body, education) University of Pennsylvania - The home of ENIAC and Machiavelli.

COMPLEX SALE: San Francisco-based BRE Properties has purchased the 250-unit Arbors at Warner Center apartment complex for $23.6 million from Ten West Associates. CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2.  handled the transaction.

PADDEN TAKES POST: Burbank-based The Walt Disney Co. named Preston Padden, the president of ABC television and a former News Corp. lobbyist, head of government relations. Padden will report to Disney Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Michael Eisner and handle the company's dealings with the federal government. Disney didn't immediately name a replacement.
