DILBECK BUYS J.R. GARY REALTORS: La Canada Flintridge-based Dilbeck Realtors has bought James R. Gary & Co. Ltd. Realtors & Estate Agents in Woodland Hills. Terms were not disclosed. The deal creates one of the areas largest private real estate companies with more than 360 sales agents and 11 offices.

 BUYS DEALERSHIP: Phoenix-based Ugly Duckling Corp. has acquired most of Kars Yes Holdings Inc.'s assets, a package that includes Kars Yes' 12 used-car dealerships, among them one in Van Nuys, officials said Monday. Ugly Duckling will also acquire Kars Yes' approximately $180 million in previous Kars Yes loans.
