INTERLINK INTERLINK - A commercial product comprising hardware and software for file transfer between IBM and VAX computers.  WARNS OF LOSSES: Camarillo-based Interlink Electronics Inc. said Wednesday that it will post a loss of between $750,000 and $1 million for the fourth quarter despite an increase in revenues. The loss is being attributed to costs associated with a new product. The company makes computer pointing devices, including wireless, hand-held remote units with ``mouse'' capabilities.

DESSAULT MOVING TO WOODLAND HILLS: Dassault Systemes S.A., a software developer based in Suresnes, France, said it will move its United States headquarters to Woodland Hills from Burbank in May. Dassault Systemes of America will move into three floors of the 17-story Trillium I East Tower at 6320 Canoga Avenue in the Warner Center, according to officials. The 10-year lease is valued at more than $12 million.
