KOO KOO ROO SIGNS CEO: Koo Koo Roo Inc., the Los Angeles-based restaurant chain, said Wednesday that Bill Allen has been given a one-year contract as the company's new chief executive officer. Allen is a restaurant industry veteran who previously held executive positions with Marriott Corp. and La Madeleine, a Texas-based restaurant chain.The company also reported that Rob Kautz is stepping down as president and chief financial officer but will remain on the board of directors.

INTERLINK WARNS OF LOSSES: Camarillo-based Interlink Electronics Inc. said Wednesday that it will post a loss of between $750,000 and $1 million for the fourth quarter despite an increase in revenues. The loss is being attributed to costs associated with a new product. The company makes computer pointing devices, including wireless, hand-held remote units with ``mouse'' capabilities.

DESSAULT MOVING TO WOODLAND HILLS: Dassault Systemes S.A., a software developer based in Suresnes Suresnes (sürĕn`), city (1990 pop. 36,950), Hauts-de-Seine dept., N central France, a residential and industrial suburb of Paris. Its manufactures include automobiles, aeronautic equipment, and pharmaceuticals. In 1593 a conference in Suresnes between Catholics and Protestants led to the adoption of Catholicism by Henry IV., France, said it will move its United States headquarters to Woodland Hills from Burbank in May. Dassault Systemes of America will move into three floors of the 17-story Trillium I East Tower at 6320 Canoga Avenue in the Warner Center, according to officials. The 10-year lease is valued at more than $12 million.
