DISNEY CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  LEAVES: Walt Disney Co. executive Richard Nanula will become chief executive and president of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. starting June 1. Nanula, 37, has been senior executive vice president and chief financial officer for the past two years for Burbank-based Disney, which has not yet named a replacement. Over the past 14 months, Phoenix-based Starwood has grown to 650 hotels from about 100.

LUBE SHOPS MERGE: Whether you get your car's oil changed at Jiffy-Lube or Q-Lube, you'll soon be filling the tank of the same company. That yet-to-be named company will be formed through a merger announced Wednesday between Quaker State Corp. and a company split off from Pennzoil Co., creating a company with annual sales of $3 billion and bring together two of the most popular brands of motor oil.
