FOUR BUYOUT: Burbank-based post-production services specialist Four Media Co., which has been aggressively buying smaller rivals in recent years, has acquired the assets of Los Angeles-based Digital Sound and Picture for $7.2 million in cash. CHARGES FLY: Insider trading charges were filed against ex-Koo Koo Roo Inc. director Donald B.
