OTC See over-the-counter market (OTC). ) Friday announced it had received approval from shareholders at a special meeting held at its Boca Raton corporate offices on Nov. 21 for corporate changes previously announced including the company's redirection into marketing and distribution of certain pharmaceutical products and a reserve stock split. Approved was an agreement for IMX IMX In My eXperience IMX Interactive Music Exchange (TV show) IMX Integrated Multimedia Exchange IMX Industrywide Mortgage Exchange IMX Intermodal Marketing Extension IMX Inverse Multiplexor Corp. to acquire from Interderm Ltd. the exclusive marketing and distribution rights in the U.S.A. for a line of pharmaceutical products manufactured by Meyer-Zall Laboratories of South Africa. The products include Exorex, believed to be the most effective non-prescription medication for psoriasis. A 1-for-4 reverse split in the company's shares was also approved by the shareholders. The medication for psoriasis that the company will market is comprised of gels, creams and scalp conditioners specially formulated for deep penetration by being virtually oil and fat free as possible.
