Net income for the quarter just ended was $621,548 or $.11 per share compared with net income of $351,167 or $.07 per share on a post-split basis in the third quarter last year, representing an increase of 77%. Net revenues increased to $10,489,199, compared with net revenues of $7,528,298 in the previous year's third quarter, marking an increase of 39%. Operating income Operating Income

For the nine months ended March 31, 1997, net revenues were $30,392,629, compared with $18,423,246 for the same period in 1996, an increase of 65%. Net income for the nine months ended March 31, 1997, totaled $1,737,657, or $.31 per share, compared with $664,359, or $.13 per share on a post-split basis for the same period last year, an increase of 162%.

A key contribution to the company's third quarter performance was the continued success of the master line of desktop publishing desktop publishing, system for producing printed materials that consists of a personal computer or computer workstation, a high-resolution printer (usually a laser printer), and a computer program that allows the user to select from a variety of type fonts and sizes,  and electronic art products.
