IMSI and Netscape Sign Internet Marketing Agreement for ArtToday.com; Deal Positions Top Visual Content Site As Provider of Images to the Netscape Image Library.

(R) (Nasdaq:IMSI) announced today it has entered into a definitive agreement with Netscape(R) that will position IMSI's ArtToday.com as the preferred visual content provider to the Netscape Image Library, part of the newly launched Netscape Site Central free web site building service on Netcenter.

In conjunction with the web site links, anyone joining ArtToday through Netscape during a special three-month kick-off promotion will qualify for a special ArtToday subscription price of $24.95.

ArtToday will receive additional promotion by integration into the Netscape Open Directory, Netscape Search, Smart Browsing Features in a Web browser that assist the user in obtaining the desired Web site or content. Basic features include automatic entering of the http:// prefix or .com suffix for the URL as well as using previous lookups to complete the URL after the first several characters , and What's Related Links. Netscape also will include a 30-day trial to ArtToday via the In-Box Direct program.
