to their business. Simply put, Patch On-Demand(TM) enables users to 'inoculate' their computers against virus risk."

The new subscriber service brings corporate enterprise-class IT security and update services to small and medium-size businesses, as well as individual consumers at an affordable cost. To date, these market segments have been overlooked by the technology services industry even though these smaller enterprises are more vulnerable to computer viruses since end-users rarely take the time or have the expertise to evaluate, then install the dozens of anti-virus, anti-spyware and anti-adware applications that are published every day. Patch On-Demand(TM) solves the problem by automatically delivering and installing complete best-of-practice virus patch packages and software upgrades to the entire organization, or individuals, over an Internet connection. Virus protection kicks in immediately during the routine log-in process, or once the computer is rebooted. Patch On-Demand(TM) supports Norton, Trend Micro and McAfee Antivirus products.

IMRI has established a relationship with Dell Corporation and Southern California Edison. Southern California Edison is the first to offer this service to its approximately 280,000 small and mid-size business customers. IMRI expects to announce several channel partners in the coming weeks.

The basic monthly subscription for Patch On-Demand(TM) starts at $10 to include Microsoft security updates, critical operating system patches and virus definition file updates. Additional bundling options, including Norton Antivirus and InterMute's AdSubtract & SpySubtract, are available -- and at significant product discounts. For Patch On-Demand(TM) subscribers, all products are electronically installed and automatically configured on each customer's computer with no need for end user interaction.
