IMPRESSION DELIVERY CORPORATION ACQUIRES NATIVE AMERICAN GAME PRODUCTIONS, INC.

MINNEAPOLIS, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Impression Delivery Corporation (IDC) announced today that it acquired the capital stock of Native American Game Productions, Inc. (NAGP), of Sevierville, Tenn. As previously announced, NAGP is a gaming entertainment company that holds management and development contracts with the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indian Tribe of Cherokee, N.C. and the Golden Hills Tribe of the Paugussett Indian Nation of Colechester and Bridgeport, Conn. NAGP's management contract with the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indian Tribe involves the construction and operation of a total destination resort that will include all gaming activities legal within the state, entertainment theaters, and a full complex of resort facilities. This project is proposed for the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indian Tribe in the Smoky Mountains near Cherokee.
John Priscella, IDC's chief executive officer, stated, "The magnitude of the initial proposed project at Cherokee reflects the extremely high visibility of its location. With IDC's acquisition of NAGP now complete, we will focus our gaming-related efforts in three primary areas. First, we will concentrate on acquiring a substantial funding package. Second, we will plan the acquisition of equipment necessary to commence work. And finally, we will work toward bringing IDC's television network on-line to begin broadcasting MATRIX(TM), a nationally televised bingo game."
Impression Delivery Corporation, a publicly owned holding company based in Minneapolis, has operating interests in gaming, the food industry, merchandising, communications, advertising, and biotechnology.
