First, a user enters document-filing instructions into the ImageTag software. Then the user attaches a bar coded Post-it eFlag to the first page of the document to link it to its filing instructions. When convenient, a stack of documents can be scanned into the system for automatic filing into a structured, secure Network File Cabinet. Unlike traditional document management systems, the ImageTag paper management system is readily accepted and implemented because it blends with the way people use paper and relies on existing office resources such as the newly certified capture appliances. |
