:ILX) announced today the prospective payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.1175 per share. The dividend has a record date as of the close of business on December 29, 2006 and is payable on January 10, 2007 to shareholders of record. Shareholders electing participation before the payment date may reinvest their dividends in additional shares of common stock through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP)

Plan which provides for automatic reinvestment of shareholder dividends in more shares of a company's stock, often without commissions. Some plans provide for the purchase of additional shares at a discount to market price.
 originally adopted in March 2003 and amended and restated in March 2006. The annual dividend of $0.47 per share, payable quarterly, was declared on September 22, 2005.
