IKON Office Solutions Announces Contract with E&I Cooperative Purchasing.

MALVERN, Pa. -- IKON Office Solutions (NYSE:IKN), the world's largest independent channel for document management systems and services, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with E&I Cooperative Purchasing, the nation's largest buying cooperative for higher education, to provide document management solutions and services to its members - more than 1,500 tax-exempt colleges, universities, prep schools, hospitals, medical research institutions and hospital purchasing organizations located throughout the United States.

Under the terms of the agreement, E&I members in the United States now have access to contracted pricing on IKON document management solutions and services, including IKON's full portfolio of Canon products, which includes copiers, printers, color systems, scanners and fax machines. In addition, E&I members can utilize IKON's Professional Services and its team of analysts to assess their document workflow and provide a blueprint for improving efficiency and managing costs.
