IISRP elects Compte president.Daniel Compte, general manager of Dynasol, was elected president of the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber synthetic rubber: see rubber. Producers for 2005-06. He succeeds Igor Goldberg, chairman of Effremov Synthetic Rubber Enterprise, who will now be past-president international. Compte held several positions with Exxon Chemical in the planning, business development and marketing management departments. After 20 years with Exxon, he joined Repsol YPF Repsol YPF, S.A., (IBEX-35:REP) is an integrated Spanish oil and gas company with operations in 29 countries, the bulk of its assets are located in Spain and Argentina. The product of a 1999 takeover of Argentine energy firm YPF by the Spanish conglomerate Repsol S.A. in 1996 with responsibility for the plastics business. He later served the company for three years as country manager of Portugal. In May 2004, he was elected general manager of Dynasol. Along with Compte, others elected to the Institute Executive Committee include Maurits Van Tol of DSM 1. DSM - Data Structure Manager. An object-oriented language by J.E. Rumbaugh and M.E. Loomis of GE, similar to C++. It is used in implementation of CAD/CAE software. DSM is written in DSM and C and produces C as output.
