IHDA, NBMDA consolidate.

The International Hardware Distributors and the North American Building Material Distribution Association agreed to join forces and consolidate into one organization. Under the agreement the IHDA will dissolve its current operations and become a membership segment of NBMDA. The members of the former IHDA will unite as a unique membership segment of NBMDA to be called the Wholesale Distributor Alliance (WHDA). The group will be responsible for addressing specific needs of hardware distributors and manufacturers.
