IFX Day 2002 Infineon Technologies to Host Strategy Conference on December 13, 2002.

MUNICH, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 11, 2002

Infineon Technologies (FSE/NYSE: IFX IFX - ["Type Reconstruction with First-Class Polymorphic Values", J. O'Toole et al, SIGPLAN Notices 24(7):207-217 (Jul 1989)]. ) will host IFX Day 2002, a strategy conference for the investment and financial media community, on Friday, December 13, in London, Great Britain. Dr. Ulrich Schumacher, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and President, and other Infineon executive officers will make presentations and respond to questions regarding Infineon and current market conditions.

Dr. Ulrich Schumacher will present Infineon's strategic vision and Infineon's COO, Dr. Andreas v. Zitzewitz, will outline the company's manufacturing strategy. Both presentations will be followed by a Q&A session with Infineon's board members. Presentations will start at 8:30 a.m. GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) See UTC.

In order to access the webcast, participants will need RealPlayer or Windows Media Player Digital jukebox software for Windows from Microsoft that plays a variety of audio, video and streaming formats including MP3, WMA, CD audio and MIDI. Starting with Version 6.2 in 1999, the Windows Media Rights Manager was added for securing copyrighted content. . A replay and downloadable presentations will be available via the web site until Friday, December 20, 2002.
