Food Business Development Consultancy.

The Food Business Development Consultancy (FBDC FBDC Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation (Phillipines) ), established in 1997 for New Product Development in the food and drink industry, has identified an opportunity for the design of a unique CookboxTM and Absorber CookboxTM, which is set to revolutionise the Fast Food industry.

At a time when the demand is for food 'on the go' and the consumer is looking for Looking for

In the context of general equities, this describing a buy interest in which a dealer is asked to offer stock, often involving a capital commitment. Antithesis of in touch with.
that quick and easy option for mealtimes, the Absorber Cookbox meets these requirements, whilst at the same time ensuring good quality food is delivered.

The Cookbox is a processed board packaging system designed with the ability to cook up to 260[degrees]C, in the latest rapid cook oven technology or domestic cooking in convection/fan assisted ovens. Depending on the food content of the Cookbox, it can be used with the addition of the special absorber insert, which absorbs all the liquor from the food, ideal for Rotisserie style Chicken. Not only does this new system make cooking a hygienic and cleaner exercise, but reduces the cooking time, due to the increase in cooking temperatures.

The Cookbox has been created in a vast array of shapes and sizes to fit no end of requirements, from basic square boxes, to rectangular boxes for baguettes, paninis and wraps, to pizza boxes to include pizza slices and whole pizzas; the flexibility of the system can be adapted to suit any requirement. The technology has also been designed to create a 'ready to cook' wet food option, for such products as Curries and Rice or Pasta products with a board or film lid.

For the retailer, the Cookbox reduces the hygiene risk with no additional handling of the food being necessary, and works well in small and large footprint stores in the chilled convenience sector.

In Fast Food service, again there is the reduced hygiene risk as the product is delivered from factory to food service outlet already pre-prepared and packed. The Cookbox is ideal for the small footprint environment with a de-skilled workforce, as no handling and preparation of the food is necessary.

It is foreseen that the Cookbox and the Absorber Cookbox will be the leading packaging of choice for the provision of such products as paninis, burgers, filled naan bread; rotisserie chicken; pasta and sauces or curry and rice combinations; snack products such as samosas and spring rolls; coated products; hot sandwiches and pastries. Key markets where this will provide the ideal solution include cinema complexes, petrol station fore-courts, retail outlets, leisure parks, and pub and restaurant chains The following is a list of restaurant chains.

.

FBDC, the company behind the Cookbox and the Absorber Cookbox in association with Ken Wilkins Print Group, recognised that the food industry was being put under increasing pressure to meet stricter technical requirements, for both product manufacturing and packaging, both legally and from their customers. At the same time, it was very aware of the demands being put on the food industry by consumers, requiring the food supplier to be increasingly innovative and deliver a continuous stream of new product development in order to remain at the forefront of their market sector.

vehicles. We offer vehicles ranging from Car Derived vans up to maximum weight trailers. Our vehicles are offered on Contract Hire and Short Term Rental, offering companies in all sectors of the food industry highly tailored and flexible hire durations.

At IFE, we will be re-launching "Fridge to Go", our revolutionary off-the-shelf refrigerated vehicle package. The concept revolves around a three year contract for vehicles that are designed to a high, yet standard specification. Now expanded to incorporate a greater range of vehicles than previously--the Mercedes Sprinter panel van and box body have been joined by the Citroen Berlingo and Citroen Dispatch. Fridge to Go is ideal for companies branching out into taking their own refrigerated vehicles. The additions to the range mean that Fridge to Go will now be available to a broader range of customers, particularly those looking for a small van. The great advantage of Fridge to Go is its immediate availability and the highly affordable price. A limited range of optional extras are available.

The Petit Forestier stand at IFE will be designed to demonstrate the huge versatility of the Citroen Dispatch--which offers an incredible payload (1) Refers to the "actual data" in a packet or file minus all headers attached for transport and minus all descriptive meta-data. This vehicle is available on short term rental, Contract Hire or Fridge to Go. Petit Forestier's extensive range of small--yet versatile and economical--vehicles are complemented by the ever popular range of Mercedes Sprinter--offered as either a Panel Van or Box Body conversion. Larger vehicles (including 7.5 tonne and 18 tonne vans) are also a core offering. Whatever the industry sector our vehicles can be adapted to suit the business' needs. A range of shelves, hooks or other internal fittings are available on Contract Hire vehicles, as is the option of multiple temperature compartments, allowing companies to customise vehicles to their own requirements.

All our vans are equipped with temperature recorders and state of the art refrigeration refrigeration, process for drawing heat from substances to lower their temperature, often for purposes of preservation. Refrigeration in its modern, portable form also depends on insulating materials that are thin yet effective.  equipment; customers can choose between chill or freeze refrigeration units and vehicle specifications--with the option of dual compartments on many vehicles. Routine maintenance and servicing of both the vehicle and the fridge are included in our contracts.

Petit Forestier operate from a network of service centres throughout the UK, resulting in full nationwide coverage but with the added benefit of local knowledge and close proximity to customers.

The rich nutty taste and golden colour makes macadamia oil perfect for salad oil dressing--but is great for roasting and cooking a variety of meats, fish, chicken and vegetables. It can also be used in baking and is especially good in pastries.

Macadamia oil is one of the world's richest sources of Monunsaturates, the oil actually lowers blood cholesterol, one of the key factors in preventing heart attacks. The oil is healthier than extra virgin olive oil and unlike so many oils that can be cooked at high temperatures it does not loose any of its extraordinary health benefits.
