IFAC encourages support for capital markets forum.


The International Federation of Accountants The external links in this article or section may require cleanup to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.  is gearing up for the first of its capital markets forum seminars and is encouraging individuals interested in international markets to participate. The first seminar will take place on March 22, 1996, in London, England.

The forum is organized to benefit individual accountants, investment bankers and other financial professionals interested in international trade.  Peat Marwick in the Dominican Republic, told the Journal that the forum was an offspring of the IFAC's relationship with the ICMG and a way to bring international capital markets issues closer to individual accountants. "IFAC's forum allows accountants and other professionals to have a direct link with the IFAC without having to go through their professional organizations," said Herrera.
