Wondering what to get for the traveler who has everything?

A trip could be just the thing. The American Society of Travel Agents in Alexandria, Va., says 82.6 percent of surveyed agents report getting requests from their customers for gift packages or gift certificates around holiday time.

And another ASTA survey of 1,008 travelers say 40 percent of both men and women want to find a gift-wrapped vacation under the tree. (Twenty-four percent said cruises are favorite yuletide gifts.)

Now, there are many travel bargains. But if you're dipping into a bottomless bank account, you might find some of the following gold-plated trips to be just the thing to drop into a stocking.
