IDT Joins Advanced Switching Standards Group Board of Directors; Company Solidifies Commitment to Standards-Based Serial Switching.

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- IDT(TM) (Integrated Device Technology, Inc.)(Nasdaq:IDTI), a leading communications IC company, today announced it has accepted an invitation to serve on the board of the Advanced Switching Interconnect Special Interest Group (ASI SIG). The ASI SIG is chartered with defining, developing and marketing ASI, a standards-based, switched-interconnect and data-fabric architecture based on PCI Express(TM) technology. ASI-based solutions connect system boards and components in future generations of communications, storage, server and embedded platforms. IDT is currently developing Advanced Switching (AS) and PCI Express standards-based products.
