ID Branding's engagement with SAIF began 1 year ago with an in-depth discovery period that aggregated input from SAIF employees and a sampling of external audiences, including workers, policy holders, insurance agents and healthcare providers. The resulting initiatives were introduced internally over a 6-month period through an innovative internal brand engagement campaign that incorporated roll-out materials featuring comic-book caricatures of actual SAIF employees, a three-booklet educational series about the power of branding, and the 800-person company's first-ever all-staff gathering.

ID Branding designed a visual identity system infused with SAIF's brand promise and values. A new logo sports three distinct components, representing SAIF's dedication to the state, its workers and the Oregon economy.
