LANGHORNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 1997--ICT Group Inc. has expanded its international operations to accommodate the accelerated market demand for European teleservices with the addition of a facility in the United Kingdom.

In addition, the company is opening a center in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, in early October, which will enhance its already burgeoning Canadian presence on the international scene.

This increase in capacity of high quality, technology-driven call center operations provides support for multilingual inbound and outbound calling for domestic and multinational corporations and institutions.

These facilities join operations in Dublin, Ireland, and in Moncton and Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, to help multinational corporations expand their product and service offerings. Clients taking advantage of these new facilities include major insurance, financial services and telecommunications firms.
