Under the terms of the agreement, ICT GROUP is supporting CollaGenex's staff of approximately 120 professional sales representatives and managers with hosted Siebel ePharma software for more streamlined and optimized multi-channel pharmaceutical sales. ICT GROUP's sales force solution, using software produced by Siebel Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: SEBL SEBL Siebel Systems, Inc. (stock abbreviation, AMEX) ), is designed specifically to increase pharmaceutical sales' productivity and efficiency, allowing representatives to coordinate product sample orders, shipments and transfers as well as inventory management and authorized signature capture and retrieval, from their handheld PC devices.
