ICOS Vision Systems Corporation N.V. (NASDAQ and NASDAQ Europe: IVIS), a world leader in vision solutions, today announced that it will showcase its newest Component Inspector, the CI-9250/CI-9450, at the SEMICON West 2002 tradeshow (ICOS booth no. 12050) in San Jose, California, July 17 to 19.

CI-9250/CI-9450 Component Inspector

The CI-9250/CI-9450 Component Inspector contains several improvements that allow inspection tasks to be performed faster and with greater accuracy, including a new ICOS6000 vision engine with an improved Windows-based graphical user interface for ease of use. Among the many new features of the system is its new Vision Guided Taping technology (VGT) that ensures complete control of the taping process.
