CI-9250/CI-9450 Component Inspector

The CI-9250/CI-9450 Component Inspector contains several improvements that allow inspection tasks to be performed faster and with greater accuracy, including a new ICOS6000 vision engine with an improved Windows-based graphical user interface for ease of use.
