ICM Telecommunications Inc. Issues Update.

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 18, 2002

ICM Telecommunications Inc. (NQB:ICMH), a Telecom and Data Center company, today announced that it is moving forward with installations of its Point of Sales Activation (POSA) unbundled system called EPIS.

EPIS will provide the retailer with another profit center by accepting payments for prepaid services and issuing active PIN numbers for these services. Some of the services offered are Prepaid Cellular, Prepaid Phone Cards, Prepaid MasterCard, and Prepaid Internet.

EPIS is being marketed through the company's marketing arm, Tel-Com Management, in Portland, Ore. Currently there are a number of locations in the Portland metro area, which are under contract with Tel-Com Management. Some of these locations belong to national organizations, which represents an opportunity to experience national coverage in a very short period of time.
