ICM Telecommunications Inc. Announces Market Expansion with Signing of Ad Contract.

ICM Telecommunications Inc. (NQB: ICMH), a prepaid services provider in the POSA telecom industry, announced today the signing of a contract with Directel Media Group, LLC (DMG) of Wilsonville, Ore., to sell advertising on its POSA products.

The contract includes a radio advertising campaign by LaPantera Fiesta radio for 12 spots per day advertising the EPIS Pachanga calling card. The brand recognition campaign for EPIS Prepaid Services was kicked off March 19 in the Northwest. The advertising campaign will be expanded into regional markets as the EPIS Pachanga program is expanded. The Pachanga calling card has been specifically designed to capture the Mexico calling card market at 10 cents per minute with no connection fees.

DMG will be selling spots to both regional and national advertisers in 15, 30 & 60 second increments. This program will increase brand awareness and provide an additional revenue stream for ICM. Expected revenue from this contract is $12-14 thousand per month per region. There will be 500 retail locations in each region and the company expects to have three regions up and running by the end of the year.

Doug Hamby, CEO of ICM Telecommunications Inc., said this contract alone represents 1 cent per share earnings for the company. As retail locations are added greater revenue is generated by the sale of other EPIS prepaid service products.
