ICM Telecommunications, Inc. (NQB:ICMH), a Prepaid Services Provider in the POSA Telecom Industry, announced today that KBK Ventures, Inc.("KBK") has been retained to direct and facilitate an investor relations campaign for the Company.

KBK will work in close co-operation with the management of ICM Telecommunications, Inc.
