ICF International Sponsors Metro D.C.'s Bike to Work Day 2007.

ICF Partners with Washington Area Bicyclist Association and Commuter Connections to Promote Reduced Traffic Congestion and Vehicle Emissions in Washington, D.C.

FAIRFAX, Va. -- ICF International (NASDAQ: ICFI) will be co-sponsoring Bike to Work Day on Friday, May 18, 2007. Event organizers estimate that more than 6,000 riders will leave their cars at home and bicycle to their jobs in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Cyclists will pass 26 pit stops scattered throughout the region, with thousands arriving at a final rally at Freedom Plaza located at 14th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, where local government leaders, including Washington, D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty, will address the crowd. The entire event is free and open to all.

This is ICF's fifth year of participation in Bike to Work Day, and this year the firm has a record 78 employees registered to ride. ICF, known for expertise in transportation demand management, smart growth, and climate change, recognizes that transportation is the source of nearly one-third of greenhouse gas emissions in the United States and mobile sources are among the largest contributors to local air pollutants in urban areas throughout the world. The firm is a proponent of events such as this that promote reduced vehicle emissions.
