FSCT Fire Support Control Terminal has contracted for discounted hotel rooms at the official "ICE" hotels listed below. Since hotel space is filling rapidly, ICE attendees are encouraged to call the ICE Housing Bureau at the number listed below as early as possible. Call (8:00 am-5:00 pm CT) Domestic callers -- 800.424.5250 International callers -- 847.940.2153 All requests for hotel accommodations will be processed by the ICE Housing Bureau, provided by the New Orleans Convention and Visitors Bureau. FSCT does not process hotel reservations. Requests for housing must be received no later than September September: see month. 29. After this date, room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed. If no email is provided, the confirmation will be issued via fax or mail. Requests for suites should be sent to ICE Housing. FSCT assigns Individuals to whom property is, will, or may be transferred by conveyance, will, Descent and Distribution, or statute; assignees. The term assigns is often found in deeds; for example, "heirs, administrators, and assigns to denote the assignable nature of suites and ICE Housing processes the reservations. ICE exhibitors are given priority for suite and meeting space assignments. Additional fees apply for non-exhibitors. Meeting room requests should be sent directly to Tori Graves, c/o FSCT at tgravescmp@verizon.net or faxed to 215.721.1018. Meeting room rental is dependent upon the level of catering requested. Deposit Policy A deposit of $150 per room is required to place each reservation. The deposit is fully refundable Refundable Eligible for refunding under the terms of a bond indenture. provided the reservation is cancelled before September 29. Reservations cancelled after September 29 are subject to a $16 processing fee. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the date of arrival are nonrefundable Nonrefundable Not permitted, under the terms of an indenture, to be refundable. . Major credit cards are accepted as well as checks (in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank) made payable to ICE/NOMCVB Housing Bureau. Wire transfers are not accepted. Changes to Reservations Through September 29, contact the Housing Bureau for any changes to your reservations. After October 6, contact the hotel directly. Please note that reservations will be downloaded to the hotels from September 29 to October 6 and will not be accessible for modification or cancellation during this time.
