ICE 2004 focuses on theme of Challenge--Change--Opportunity.Focusing on "Challenges--Change--Opportunity," ICE 2004 will showcase the exciting new products and services developed in response to the economic and regulatory challenges impacting the industry. To be held at McCormick Place McCormick Place is an enormous exposition complex located in Chicago, Illinois. North, Chicago, IL, on October 27-29, ICE 2004 combines a variety of educational programs with the premier exhibition of raw materials, equipment, and services used in the coatings and allied industries. International Coatings Expo Recognized worldwide, ICE 2004 is expected to attract coatings professionals from over 60 countries. The Expo will feature over 300 suppliers of products and services used in the development, manufacture, testing, and application of protective and decorative paints, coatings, inks and adhesives. To date 98 exhibitors have contracted for space (see accompanying article). International Coatings Technology Conference A major educational event, the International Coatings Technology Conference (ICTC ICTC Indiana County Technology Center (Indiana, Pennsylvania) ICTC Isabella County Transportation Commission (Michigan) ICTC International Cities, Town Centres and Communities (Australia) ) will be held at McCormick Place on October 25-27. It will again offer a variety of two-day, one-day and half-day workshops. The ICTC is designed to give attendees training in a broad range of areas critical to success. The ICTC is being planned by members of the FSCT FSCT Federation of Societies for Coating Technology FSCT Fire Support Control Terminal Professional Development Committee, under the direction of Jamil Baghdachi, of Eastern Michigan University Eastern Michigan University, mainly at Ypsilanti, Mich.; coeducational; founded 1849 as a normal school, became Eastern Michigan College in 1956, gained university status in 1959. . FSCT Annual Meeting Program Held in conjunction with ICE, the 82nd FSCT Annual Meeting Program features paper presentations and focused thematic the·mat·ic adj. 1.
