There is no fee for media attendance at the show.

The event will also feature a visionary keynote panel entitled "60 Ideas in 60 Minutes." The panel of industry veterans and experts will share a lifetime's worth of contact centre experience and education in 60 minutes. The panel will take place on Wednesday, October 25 at 8:45 a.m. The keynote panel will be moderated by Paul Stockford, chief analyst, Saddletree Research.
