ICC selected these Agilent testers to address increasing complex and sophisticated test needs for China-based integrated circuit (IC) design houses and manufacturers in the greater Shanghai area.

In February of 2000, China's Ministry of Science and Technology founded the Shanghai National Integrated Circuit Design Industrial Center -- the first national integrated circuit design industrialization center in China.
