ICANN SELECTS NATIONAL ARBITRATION FORUM TO RESOLVE CYBERSQUATTING DISPUTES.

ICANN (www.icann.org), a non-profit organization, oversees the assignment of Internet addresses. The organization was formed to take over responsibility for the IP address space allocation, protocol parameter assignment, domain name system management, and root server system management functions now performed under US government contract by IANA (Internet Assigned Numbers Authority, www.iana.org) An operating unit of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) that serves as a registry for both IP addresses and for a variety of protocol numbers. IANA is not an ISP and does not provide any network services.  and other entities.
