IBSG International Team Begins Implementation of BizWorld Pro(TM) System for South Africa Project; IBSG International Invited To Demonstrate Johannesburg Platform to Malaysian Government.

CELEBRATION, Fla. -- IBSG International, Inc. (OTCBB:IGII), a holding company for three software subsidiaries involved in turn-key digital service center software; Sarbanes-Oxley and security solutions; and software development, maintenance and data storage, announced today that in conjunction with its partnership with Global Eagle Strategic Empowerment Alliance Systems (Global Eagle), IBSG will begin implementation of its BizWorld Pro(TM) System for South Africa's Small-Mid size Enterprises (SMEs) in the Johannesburg region.

IBSG International projects revenues of $37 million over four years, with initial revenues of $5.25 million for licensing and installation fees, and the balance anticipated to come from project expansion through sub-licenses and monthly subscription fees. Although no assurances can be given that the company will achieve such revenue the Company has initiated the billing on this project.

With the arrival of the partnership's implementation team in South Africa, the initiative moves into its next significant phase, the establishment of a fully-functioning digital management and commerce center. The BizWorld Pro System will enable Johannesburg's Initiative management and staff to utilize a range of related functions; the system will also enable businesses served by the Johannesburg Initiative to conduct commerce. The partnership intends to expand the Johannesburg Initiative service outreach into the region's business sector through related entities such as business associations, large corporations, banks or municipal governments seeking qualified SMEs.

IBSG International also announced that the Government of Malaysia invited them to demonstrate its Johannesburg business software platform to the trade representative for Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah bin Ahmad Badawi; the invitation was inspired by news of the company's South African project.

In 2004, Malaysia was the 20th largest importer of goods and services in the world and the 18th largest exporter. The value of Malaysian goods and services sent to the US, the country's largest export market, is approximately $7.7 billion, with 7.3% growth in the 3rd quarter of 2005 over the prior quarter; Malaysia imports approximately $3.8 billion worth of goods from the US (CIA information site; World Bank; US Dept of Trade and Commerce).
