:IGII IGII Islamic Government Investment Issue (Malaysian securities) ), a holding company for three software subsidiaries involved in turn-key digital service center software; Sarbanes-Oxley and security solutions; and software development, maintenance and data storage, announced today that in conjunction with its partnership with Global Eagle Strategic Empowerment Alliance Systems (Global Eagle), IBSG will begin implementation of its BizWorld Pro(TM) System for South Africa's Small-Mid size Enterprises (SMEs) in the Johannesburg region.

IBSG International projects revenues of $37 million over four years, with initial revenues of $5.25 million for licensing and installation fees, and the balance anticipated to come from project expansion through sub-licenses and monthly subscription fees. Although no assurances can be given that the company will achieve such revenue the Company has initiated the billing on this project.

With the arrival of the partnership's implementation team in South Africa South Africa, Afrikaans Suid-Afrika, officially Republic of South Africa, republic (2005 est. pop. 44,344,000), 471,442 sq mi (1,221,037 sq km), S Africa. , the initiative moves into its next significant phase, the establishment of a fully-functioning digital management and commerce center. The BizWorld Pro System will enable Johannesburg's Initiative management and staff to utilize a range of related functions; the system will also enable businesses served by the Johannesburg Initiative to conduct commerce. The partnership intends to expand the Johannesburg Initiative service outreach into the region's business sector through related entities such as business associations, large corporations, banks or municipal governments seeking qualified SMEs.

IBSG International also announced that the Government of Malaysia invited them to demonstrate its Johannesburg business software platform to the trade representative for Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah bin Ahmad Badawi; the invitation was inspired by news of the company's South African project.

Dr. Michael Rivers, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of ISBG International, said, "Our team is going to Johannesburg to begin implementation shortly, so the invitation from the Malaysian Government is well-timed. The recent opening of our technical center in Ahmedabad, India, will allow us to service customers in the Indian Ocean Indian Ocean, third largest ocean, c.28,350,000 sq mi (73,427,000 sq km), extending from S Asia to Antarctica and from E Africa to SE Australia; it is c.4,000 mi (6,400 km) wide at the equator. It constitutes about 20% of the world's total ocean area.  region during their business day, including Malaysia, with world-class support talent."

"Malaysia has a very similar need to South Africa's because it finds itself a newly industrialized country The category of newly industrialized country (NIC) is a socioeconomic classification applied to several countries around the world by political scientists and economists. , one that needs to manage an economic development trading platform," Dr. Rivers said. "We believe our BizWorld Pro System will work in Kuala Lumpur as well as in Johannesburg, with very few changes."

"Malaysia's government sees the need for an economic development trading platform because of the sheer number of SMEs in the nation," Dr. Rivers said. "The country's 2000 census put the number of companies of this size at approximately 205,000, and Malaysia's economic growth over the last six years has certainly added to that figure. Projections estimate the SME market has been growing at an average of 27%. The SME market is projected to be more then double the Johannesburg region. We are confident that we can offer the Malaysian government a solution that will stimulate the country's economic growth."
